CASE # 2:        Interconnect Company

SITUATION:    Arizona Phone Company sought to enter the "smart home" wiring business.  A business plan had been written but there had been minimal implementation with no sales results prior to the engagement.

SOLUTION:    A new Marketing and Sales Plan was designed and implemented over a six month period.  The plan contained a narrowly-targeted market aimed at new home developers and builders with a specific message.

RESULTS:    The dollar sales goal targeted for 24 months in the original plan was exceeded within six months.
