What can Forrester Consulting Group do for me?
All companies go through change - changes in the market, changes in the product or service offering, changes in customer buying preferences and habits, changes in competition, etc.  Change, based on our experience, is usually very difficult and often painful.  However, change must occur in order for companies to grow and your current corporate culture is probably the largest barrier to profitable growth.
